Assaf Mawad - Consultant Building Design

Assaf attained a Bachelor of Architecture from UTS in 1993. Being involved in the building and construction industry for more than 25 years, his experience encompasses council submissions, design, documentation, and detail development to resolving buildability issues, handover and commissioning. He has been associated with some of Australia’s leading aged care service providers and industry professionals.

Sri Soerono - Consultant Urban Planner / Project Manager

Sri until recently worked in a leadership position at the NSW Department of Planning with extensive experience in both urban and coastal planning where she provided a high level of technical and merit-based assessment and advice on development and urban planning in some 60 LGA’s working under Part 3A and Part 4 of the EP & A Act.

Lisa Owens - Consultant Training and Development

Lisa’s qualifications including a Certificate Three in Commercial Catering, and Hospitality Operations, Diploma in Training and Assessment (Distinction), and Bachelor of Education (Distinction). She is an accredited food safety auditor and specializes in food safety education, for retail, commercial and health care catering.

Lisa has a proven record in the delivery of Hospitality, Management and Training qualifications. She is a past recipient of AITD training design awards. Her facilitative style enables her to communicate with all levels of staff in areas including orientation, equipment and process training, supervision or task management skills.

Ann Young - Consultant Clinical Care Services

Anne has diverse experience in the areas Health – Public, Private and Not for Profit. Her qualifications include Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc), Diploma in Project Management (DipPM) and Certification Six Sigma Green Belt. Ann has assisted organizations including;
Implementation of two major electronic systems across a tertiary level hospital, Establishment of Strategic and Annual Business Planning process for the Quality and Risk Management Unit, Implementation of a Compliance Program in consultation with the Legal Section of Price Waterhouse Coopers for a corporate body with twenty three (23) facilities, Develop and implementation of Frameworks to incorporate quality and risk management, Establishment of cohesive policies and procedures process at facility and corporate levels, Develop a framework on which to base a Risk Register and develop process to identify risk and their controls.

Tim Ireland - Consultant Asset / Operational Management & Laundry Design

Tim has over 30 years of experience within the Health and Aged Care industry providing expertise in the design, operational set up, and development of policies and procedures in a range of disciplines including emergency planning, operational maintenance, Laundry design, strategic asset management.

Tim was formally the Director of Corporate Services at Catholic Health Care Services, Manager Cleaning, Laundry & Engineering St Vincent’s Private Hospital – Sydney and a senior manager at the Berkeley Group.

James Shepherd - Consultant Chef

James has a diverse background as executive chef, with international exposure & Australia. His experience in the hospitality industry ranges from Resorts, Hotels, corporate catering, restaurant operations and extensive experience in the healthcare industry. With a career spanning over 20 years he has been exposed to various food service systems include cook chill and sous vide. James is a qualified chef and Environmental Health Inspector and lectures at Catering Colleges in Sydney.
